Sarah is a registered psychologist specialising in adult mental health and workplace wellbeing. She has extensive experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds, including first responders and their families through critical incident support and counselling, as well as guiding university students/early career individuals through career and life transitions.
With a deep understanding of how work shapes our sense of purpose and impacts our personal lives, Sarah has developed expertise in leadership development, burnout prevention, and employee wellbeing across various organisational settings. Her unique background allows her to support clients in both their professional growth and personal wellbeing.
Sarah creates a safe, collaborative space where clients can explore their challenges and work towards meaningful change. She takes a holistic approach, combining evidence-based therapeutic techniques with empathetic support to help clients align their lives with their values.
